We are looking for a person for a new role in the IT structure - AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer. The position is new and you have a chance for building infrastructure on your own with AWS. The role have a great opportunity to grow within organization as a Head of IT. Team for the moment consists around 40 people and it is developing quite fast in the fintech direction
Responsibilities:
Design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS
Work collaboratively with software suppliers to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code (IaC) mainly based on CloudFormation / Terraform, optionally Ansible / OpsWorks / Chef,
Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools
Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems
Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas
Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization
Auditing existing infrastructures in the cloud
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, Security Groups, IAM, ECS, RDS, CodeDeploy, CloudFront, S3)
Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements
Fluent English
Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure (IaC)
Solid foundation of networking and Linux administration
Knowledge of technology: Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, ELK and deploying applications on AWS,
Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
Strong bias for action and ownership
A general knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, Community Cloud and / or Mule ESB will be an advantage
