8 years of software development experience, including developing, launching and operating applications hosted in the cloud.
Experience mentoring other developers and working in a cross-functional product-driven team, leading design discussions, measuring feature impact and working closely with sales and sales enablement teams to understand user behavior, and product impact
Experience with Agile software development methods
Experience working with a Design System and ReactJS
Experience with front-end build/deployment process (Webpack, Babel)
Experience with a Javascript Type Safety system like Flow or TypeScript
Experience developing software for Distributed Systems
Responsibilities
Write Software that solves problems identified by your team in collaboration and under the guidance of your Product Manager.
Focus on continuous software delivery aligned toward Quarterly OKRs.
Understand the test automation, and RPA cloud ecosystem, markets, competition, and user needs in-depth.
Iterate on the software development process regularly and experiment with team-specific approaches to CI/CD, DevOps, Monitoring, and Observability.
Mentor & Teach other team members the skills they need to be effective in the team and to enable their career growth.
Work collaboratively with Product Management, Sales & Marketing, UX, and other cross-functional teams on purpose-driven technologies.
Develop innovative solutions to frustrating customer problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
